domperidone for motility problems?

I have problems with nausea and vomiting as a result of radiotherapy. I had uterus cancer that has developed and spread. Uterus is removed, and because of the remained cancer cells I had to go to radiotherapy, which really makes me fell very sick. Can I use domperidone for motility problems? Will it help me?

This medication is an antagonist of dopamine D2 receptors and prevents vomiting. Its anti emetic effect depends on the blockade of dopamine receptors in digestive tract. It works on the principle of fastened emptying of the stomach. It also speeds up the intestines movements. I really hope that this drug would help you, because I am familiar with nausea and vomiting due to radiotherapy.
