Don't people know that there is no miracle diet pill, come on. It's called exercise. When i read about this pineapple diet, i laughed when it said no exercise. You have to exercise, there is no pill you can take that will melt the fat off of you, and if you think it will, you're wasting your money and fooling yourself.[/b]
