dot like structures in veins

i Have a bulging like structure in my veins of arms it used to be clear when i will take my bath and it is not all over my arms small dots like in some partsm of my arms is tere any problem regarding this pls reply me as soon as posssible thanks

There are valves in veins to keep the blood from flowing back down your arm/leg after a heartbeat.
