Had a nose job by dr. armen vartany 15 months ago. Nose looks horrible, cant breath through my nose, and his response was to disagree with me. I am getting my nose redone soon by Dr. D in newport beach. Avoid Armen Vartany or you may have spend much more on your second surgery!!! COnsider this a public service message.
