I’ve been reading testimonials of people who desired their whole life to change the gender. It was especially hard for people in the east. Now, there are clinics and they are more and more encouraged doing that. Like for example that doctor Greechart Pornsinsirirak in Bangkok, Thailand.

I’ve heard about Dr. Greechart, he is Thailand’s most famous sex change surgeon and has become “the sex-change-guru” among those willing to go for it. And you are right, there not only foreigners, Thai people also came to see him.
