I am 23, not on birth control (I reacted very badly), 130pounds, 5"2 exercise every day, eat relatively healthily, dont smoke, drink regularly but moderately.
Two months ago my hormones went a little haywire! my breasts have been extremely swollen and painfull. I am drinking loads of water to try and reduce the water retention, but it is not really working. I have always had quite extreme emotional changes, and have suffered from depression in the past. Some days I cry spontaneously and feel very overwhelmed and depressed, other days I am hyperactive and squeel randomly with happiness. Recently this has become even more pronounced. I have also started to experience bad menstral cramps in a way that I never have before. Im definitely not pregnant as my last two periods have been quite heavy.
Is there anything I can take that could level out my hormones and hopefully help with my breast pain??

| I don't why this is happening for you specifically, but I had suffered from depression and terrible hormonal issues for a long time. I went to doctors for help, but I didn't receive any help. Finally, I decided to see a naturopath. I haven't had depression or a bad period since. It's my opinion, but I strongly suggest you see a homeopath or naturopath. |
