drinking fresh lemon water to help acne?

Hello, I would like some advices about acnes. Honestly, I don’t remember how I dealt with those, but I need some help now, because of my teenage daughter. She does take it all seriously and well, I am trying to help anyway I can. I have heard that drinking fresh lemon water might help reducing the size of the acne. Is that true?

Yes, it is. You can mix any amounts you think would work best for her. I have started with half a lemon per one liter of water. This was just for the beginning, to adjust to the strong lemon taste. Now I use one lemon and I usually drink up the water for one hour, maybe two. You just be certain that the water is bottled, or at least filtered.
