Last few days I see there is something wrong with my vulva. I have husband and normal sexual life for 10 years already. I have never experienced something like this, so I am worried. I feel vulva pain with dryness and cuts. It is very strange and I would like to hear more about this condition.

Vulva pain mixed with dryness and cuts is not new, but over 100 years gynecologist pioneers described this problem. The most important to say it that excessive sensitivity of the nerves cannot be solved with operation. It has been tried, but after some time everything came back as it used to be. I can give you an example how some women are unable to wear underwear, tailored pants, or jeans. That is because fabric touching and pulling the skin and pubic hair is uncomfortable, or downright painful. Others can barely even walk because of the hypersensitivity and pain, so you see that is serious problem. Doctors have tried antibiotics and some other medicines to help with this kind of problem, but nothing seemed to be helpful. I cannot give you right diagnosis, or tell you exactly how to solve your dryness and vulva cuts, but you should make an appointment with gynecologist. He will check you up and maybe found cause for this, which is the only way to heal.
