When I am in the gym I think that everyone is staring at me. I am not paranoid. I love to practice exercises which look strange and weird. I am in the gym for over a year and I need something to make the exercises more interesting. Of course that exercise has to have some meaning and hardness. I want to try resistant bands along with dumbbell lifts now. Is that wise?

Why not? Person should try everything. Of course, it has to be safe. Resistant bands can be used in a lot of activities such as speed and agility training, jumping, stretching, aerobics, rehabilitation, general conditioning, so why don't you use it along with dumbbell lifts. It will make it harder but that is the point isn't it?
