My doctor tells me I had a high grade dysplastic cervical polyp though other scrapings of my cervix came out fine. She says she has not seen this before because only the polyp showed high grade dysplasia. I am scheduled for surgery called cold cone knife. What does my unusual case mean? I am terrified.
