Hi. I was with that girl, and we had anal sex, and now I have a urinary tract infection that won`t go away. Somebody told me that I may have E. Coli. I mean, really!!! Is it possible to get E. Coli from anal sex?

Hi. Anal sex has its` risks, such as HIV, HPV, hepatitis A and C and E. Coli. I had E. Coli and it`s pretty hard to treat. Need more time. E. Coli can be transmitted by anal sex and can cause you an urinary tract infection. Next time use a condom man. At least be sure that anal area is clean, that the bowel is empty etc. E. Coli is really mean, but better than HIV!

How do you treat it? I have burning sensation, really smelly urine and I can squeeze some puss-like stuff out of my head.
It did begin after this time I had anal sex with my girlfriend, and although we have had it many times before, this time I think I didnt wash too well after. (Not that it was visually dirty, but I guess the bacteria was there.)
The symptoms seemed to go away but have now come back again (without having had anal sex again).
What should I do now? An anti-thrush cream will be useless I guess since its not yeast right? |

| Hi, I don't think your the puss, the burning and the smelly urination is from having anal sex with your girlfriend. I suggest you sit down and have a talk about multiple partners and the risk of such behavior. |
