Can pregnancy be detected as 10 days pregnancy?

Some people can get a result on a very sensitive test at ten days post ovulation, but it is far more accurate to wait until the day the period is due.

I really need to know if I maybe pregnant there are I think a few signs that point in that direction but I need some one anyone who has experienced this before to confirm here with me. I think it's still to early to take a pregnancy test. The two main signs that I can see right now is one my breast are really tender and getting fuller, my nipples hurt a lot and the area surrounding t has gotten a bit darker(my partners detection) and lastly this is slightly worrying but there is what I assume to be spotting only its a brown discharge. So please if anyone could just tell me what their first signs were like or if this could mean that I am pregnant that would be a relief really.
