I am passing through the earliest onset of morning sickness. I spend half a day in the bathroom. I can¡¦t keep anything down. I know this is almost normal, just want to hear that I¡¦m not the only one. Some of my friends have never experienced morning sickness during pregnancy at all.

Morning sickness may vary with individual. It can range from a queasy feeling to heavy vomiting. But it usually ends after the first trimester. Some say that saltine crackers are helpfulƒº. That¡¦s the only medicine I can recommend you. And be sure that you are not alone in morning sickness.

I sympathise. I know how horrible it is to feel so sick all day every day. Luckily for most women it will end some time around the 12 week mark
