| Hi, I will try to explain my problem and I would be grateful for any advice. I have trouble with my heart; also I am in risk of getting high cholesterol. Above all I have problem with my weight. So, you see the situation is not so bright. Doctor suggested me easy macrobiotic food. What does it mean? |

| Do not despair dear madam. I am in similar situation like you. It is not our fault that we like to enjoy in life. When your doctor said easy macrobiotic he means that the food you should take have to be easily digested. You should avoid meat, poultry, dairy products, cheese, coffee, soda, chocolate, tropical fruits, processed food etc. Those foods are high in saturated fats which is not good for you. You should eat food which is high in fibers like whole grains, vegetable and beans. |
