I`m 18 yo and live on a strict diet. I think my diet is the cause of my eating disorder. First I was too fat and now I`m skinny and simply can`t eat. Generally, I feel dizzy and depressed and I sleep a lot. Fear that I might have anorexia or something. Should I continue with my diet? How to treat my eating disorder?

Hi. I have an eating disorder from dieting too. I was diagnosed with severe anorexia. The first step is to put some weight back on. That is the hard part of the treatment. Then you will have to learn more about nutrition, normal eating, and treatment of medical and psychological problems. You`re only 18, you shouldn`t be on a restrictive diet at first place. What can I say, just eat, but eat healthy, no junk food!
