eating disorders-what's road to recovery like?

I see all those female models on TV and they look like skeletons. I can't believe that someone wants to look like that. I have heard that lot of them suffer from eating disorders. My cousin is also a model and she also has problems with weight. But I wonder how the road to recovery likes?

It is not an easy way. It can be very hard both physically and psychologically. It is very important to diagnose those disorders as soon as possible. Treatments of eating disorders can be various. They often need constant medical care and monitoring of professional staff, nutritional consulting, psychosocial interventions and if needed medication management.
