Hi, I am eating for no apparent reasons even when I am not hungry. Am I becoming bulimic or is it normal in this time of year?

Hi, stress and problems cause us to feel bad, exhausted, preoccupied. In case that you haven’t learned to deal with stress you can easily develop bulimia. Certain amount of stress is even beneficial, as it stimulates you to do more and faster. But, too much is not good. Certainly, high levels of unmanageable stress which constantly acts on us can ruin our health. Try to relax from time to time. Emotional changes of an undesirable nature can manifest as need to eat even when you are not hungry, and the truth is that you are trying to eat your emotions , when you are not able to deal with them.
