i have missed 2 months of my menstrual periods and had cramp like feeling in my abdomen in the 1st month but now i have sudden abdominal pains, shoulder and back pains feeling very fatigue .Would it be ecotopic pregnancy?I have done two pregnancy tests recently both have turned out negative please help! Has anyone experienced this before?
