Why do you ask? Are you experiencing any problems?
I have been also masturbating since puberty (started at 13ys). Now I am 30 and I still do it. It is said that having regular orgasms keep the prostate healthy and reduce the risks of prostate cancer.
What’s bothering you? |

[am now 50 years old and i masturbate 4 or 5 times a week . few months ago and until now , i noticed that when i ejaculate semen that comes so thin and volume is very less than before.
this normal ? I had a prostate test and the results were total PSA 2.8 and CPSA is 2.6 . Are the test results very high ?
Pls give me some advice on what to do.
Can i use some herbal or the fruit Pomegranate-Granada as my herbal medications ? |

Hi, It is normal for men to have low levels of PSA in their blood; however, prostate cancer or benign (not cancerous) conditions can increase PSA levels. As men age, both benign prostate conditions and prostate cancer become more frequent. The most common benign prostate conditions are prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (enlargement of the prostate). There is no evidence that prostatitis or BPH causes cancer, but it is possible for a man to have one or both of these conditions and to develop prostate cancer as well.
PSA levels alone do not give doctors enough information to distinguish between benign prostate conditions and cancer. However, the doctor will take the result of the PSA test into account when deciding whether to check further for signs of prostate cancer. Before jumping to any conclusions, you should know that masterbating once, or twice a day is good for the prostate, it prevents cancer. however too much can cause damage to the testes.

You are rt,I have the exactly same problems. My testosterone is below normal. Scrotum has shrunk. I lost everythng. People say masturbation doesnt cause any harm. But it will. |

i have been masturbating since 12 and dont think any of the problems
mentioned here should be a concern, many medical studies say it hasn't been proved that damage can be done... |

| I disagree I think that masturbation does cause problems. I have been masturbating since I was twelve and now I'm 38 and have had several bouts with prostatitis and many other urinary problems. Prolonged masturbation has to put a strain on the prostate and the seminal vesicles. They have always said that masturbation is good for you but its after I masturbate too much ( 5-7 times a week when I'm not in a relationship) tht I get an inflamed prostate. I am just having a hard time figuring out what is the cause of my inflamation other than masturbation. |
