Ibuprofen can cause heart problems in children, such as palpitations and holes in the heart, when taken during pregnancy. However, this is generally after the fetus is more developed. You also have a smaller chance of this occurring. You and your baby are probably okay, although I would suggest using only tylenol from now on.
