Hey,
Yup … efitness is converted form ediets- it is the same system- weekly payment,… The difference with ediets is, because efitness is mostly concerned on fitness and more exercising; also nutrition but working out is primary.
I tried it myself. It is ok, although I am not a gym type; that is why I quit it- I rather play tennis and run. But anyway, I think efitness is great- you get yourself a personal online trainer and work out! It is much cheaper than paying a personal trainer in a gym- and besides, you have to go to the gym. Positive side of efitness is feasibility, but negative, that fitness is indoor sport- personally I don’t fancy that.
