eggwhite discharge with stomach cramping and sore nipples

i have the some of the same symptoms and was hoping you could let me know how you girls turned out. i was on yaz for 2 years and went off of it almost 4 weeks ago. i had my period after going off of it the 10 to the 14 so i am not due for my period until the 11.. i know it probably wont be on time since i just went off my birth control. I have extremely sore nipples non stop for the past 3 or 4 days, bumps on my nipples, and noticed that a vein in my left breast was noticable, its faint but i have never been able to see a vein in my breast before. i was just curious if this is because i went off my birth control or because i am pregnant please just give me some advice so i dont get my hopes up..
