i was trying to hold it in but ended up ejaculating unintentionally. it felt like as if something burst. that was three months ago. now it seems that i can't masturbate for longer than a couple of minutes and i think i urinate more frequently now. help appreciated!

there are no disorders linked between the two, if something burst there'd be pain

I say nervousness ;P
