Once an erection is achieved (with the help of Viagra), I am unable to reach a point of ejaculation. I have no "sensation" thru intercourse that would lead to ejaculation.

Have you seen a GP about the problem and tried to figure out why this may be happening. My friend developed diabetes in lately he started experiencing erectile problems as well as maintaining problems. He was so lost. He didn’t realize it was because of diabetes. Diabetes has negative effects on blood vessels and blood supply as well as nerves. It may affect the so called autonomic nerves that play a role in controlling bodily functions and maintaining erection.

There are also other things that could affect the blood supply and nerves like excessive drinking and smoking, taking certain medications as well as cocaine can cause erectile dysfunction.

There are also neurological problems, penile problems that could play a major role in your problem. By finding what the problem is, you have bigger chances of improvement.
