Hello! Can you tell me a bit more about your problem?
Is this your new girlfriend? How does she make you feel? Do you feel relaxed and yourself or you feel tensed and you worry too much whether you will be able to satisfy her or not?
Do you have any health problems or are you maybe taking any medications? How stressed are you about your work, how much coffee do you drink, can you control your pelvic muscles?
There are many possible causes of premature ejaculation, among which male menopause, anxiety problems, too much caffeine, stress, problems with thyroid gland, too much of a testosterone hormone production, high blood pressure, prostate problems, etc
Most of the time, it is psychological, so if you feel like sharing some of your worries, feel free to do so. |
