I ran into this product online called emagrece sim. A weight loss program that contains only natural herbs and supplements that help boost the metabolism. I also read some reports from people who used it but I don’t know if they are true or not. So, I thought it would be best to check it out like this, and get some info from real people. Any info on this product is more than welcome!

Hi! Luckily I ran into your post. I will tell you what happened to my friend when she was on emagrece sim. She was so full of energy, and so satisfied with a product at first. But one day she was tested positive on drugs in her firm and was fired for this. She didn’t realize what happened and looked for more info but her imployers didn’t want to hear about it. Some months after she read about it in the newspapers that in some packages of emagrece sim amphetamines were found and also a mix with diuretics and light prosac. So, be careful what you buy!

The only one you can really trust is the one form www.braziliandiet.com. each batch is tested and they post it on there website. They are made here in the US. It is not just a website selling products. |

Hi selinda and carburry,
Very good feedback regarding the product and recent FDA directive also makes us to be cautious. However, I found one product Brazilian Diet Kits at ****** and seen a report in NBC and CBS about this products. It seems that these are manufactured in USA only and been tested. Can anyone give their opinion on Brazilian Diet?

there is a mith that all these pills have problems. Go to braziliandiet.com and you will notice that they get it tested by an independant lab.
The problem is that the news media wil rarely tells you the good part |

Even if it’s made in USA, doesn’t make it any better. My best friend used to take these capsule for a month and she lost around 5 pounds maybe but then she made a pause for about three weeks and gained all back and even more. It is only natural that this had happened and I don’t know if she would have better results if she took it for longer but I am sure that even if this product works, the effects are short-lived.
I don’t believe in capsules….First you never know what’s in it and the name Emagrece thin is so similar to the notorious Emagrece Sim, so I would rather not try it.
I prefer to eat healthy in order to lose weight and exercise. Although it is the hardest way to do it, it is the healthiest and gives the best results. I find Mayo Clinic diet to be very effective in the long run.

I think people keep looking for a "miracle" pill. There is NO such thing.
My gf and I used the kit from braziliandiet.com and we've both seen very good results. However, we've made a definite change in our lifestyle. No fast food, low fat, high protein diet, working out at the gym 3-4 times a week. These pills have helped curb our appetite and give our metabolism a little jump. But results do require a sacrifice and a conscious effort on your part. She's lost about 10lbs and is now a size 6, i've gone from a 36" waist to a 32" in about 2.5 months.
I think people keep looking for something that they can still eat junk food and not control portion size, not exercise, and still loose weight by just taking a pill. This unfortunately is far from the truth. The only way to keep the weight off is to watch what you eat and exercise. |

Yep, good exercising, regular nutrition, low-carb and low-fat diet and the rule: "Intake calories as much as you can burn!"
Although, there're some pills on the market which could help you burn calories or suppress your appetite, but all this will bring more side effects for your body, mostly for digestive and cardiovascular system. My suggestion is eat natural products, free from pesticides or industrial mutation. Eat less red-meat but more fish and vegetables. Nowadays, it could be pretty expensive to get natural products, but what the own health is the worthiest treasure you have, so take care!

I am glad I ran accross this thread. I have used the original emagrece in the past had great results. It has since been removed from the market. I did find a suitable alternative that produced the same results. I found them at Brazilian Basics***. They also are manurfactured in the US and have been lab tested and proved not to contain any harmful or illegal ingredients. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Best of luck to everyone in their weightloss goals.
