emotion problems have it in my head that emotions and showing them is a weakness which in turn makes me hate my self even more than i already do and thats pretty hard
Which when i get angry its like i black out for however long but luckily im usually alone when i do this...
this all has lead to (among other things) myself, self harming on occasions which have scared me.. No one knows about this and never will.
