I have problems with my emotions. It is hard to control them sometimes. I know how important is to reach emotional health. But it is not always easy to do that, especially for person like me. Because of that I need some help in deciding how to improve my emotional health. Any ideas?

Yes, I have an idea. You could use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It is great way to save your emotional health. It will help you to remove negative emotions, reduce food cravings, reduce or eliminate pain and to implement positive goals. EFT use the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture. It is a form of psychological acupressure. It can repair the emotional block in your body and restore normal bioenergy system.
