Hi, I am 28 years old female and I have problems with emotional issues. When I am in relationship it is very difficult for me to express my feelings. Also I am sometimes very cold with my family members. I can't say if there is reason for such behavior but I know it would be different. I am not satisfied with my behavior but I can't pretend. Did someone have similar experience?
Hi, there are many people who are not in good relations with their family and people who didn't find right person. It doesn't mean that you have emotional problems or some emotional disorder. However for such your behavior there would be right reason. You may try to talk to your relatives and family and if that doesn't help you may visit some psychologist and consult with him.
