empty stomach pain

Can someone explain to me what this empty stomach pain could be â€“ it is been a while now I suffer from occasional serious stomach pain even when it is empty I even started avoid eating for this reason for sometimes only small amount of food is enough and I have this weird sense of stomach fullness but also I have got bloating and gas problem as well as burning sensation and pain affecting my upper stomach at first place. But no matter if I eat or not the discomfort still persists and I would now greatly appreciate to hear what could be the cause of this empty stomach pain? Thanks much!

It is more likely those are the symptoms of nonulcer stomach pain whose exact cause isn't known yet but very rarely it has something to do with some viral infection and it all depends so I advice you better have some test just to establish what is your condition related to. Anyway my brother had the same symptoms and he was diagnosed with nonulcer stomach pain and he is now regularly taking antacids that are very effective in managing described symptoms and also he is taking acid blockers I think he is taking Zantac that is perfect in reducing the acid your stomach produces. Anyway there are different treatments for empty stomach pain and in your case I think some antispasmodics might help a lot but of course it is always better to get some professional advice first.
