Facts (generated by robot; please edit if you find it inaccurate)

  • (2000) Endothelin-1 autocrine is suppressed in HeLa cells induced to a senescent state.
  • Neutralization experiments demonstrated that the IL-1 alpha autocrine is largely responsible for controlling both collagenase and IL-8 synthesis in repair fibroblasts, as it is in early-passage fibroblasts.
  • AT II autocrine is not involved in hypoxic proliferation of PASMCs, but a decrease of AT II may contribute to prevention of the development of HPH.
  • Autocrine is a cell signaling to itself.
