What is Inderal? • Inderal is in a class of drugs called beta-blockers.

Therefore, when discontinuance of Inderal is planned, the dosage should be gradually reduced over at least a few weeks, and the patient should be cautioned against interruption or cessation of therapy without the physicians advice.
Inderal is not habit forming, may be taken for months or even years, and proper dosage must be determined and prescribed by a physician.
