Facts
- Lead is a naturally occurring bluish-gray metal found in small amounts in the earth's crust.
- Lead is especially harmful to children younger than 6, but anyone who eats, drinks or breathes something which has too much lead can get lead poisoning.
- Lead is available in several forms including foil, granules, ingots, powder, rod, shot, sheet, and wire.
