My kid has problems with his health. It is something about endocrine system. It seems that her hormones does not work properly, at least some of them. She suffers from neoplastic growth of endocrine cells. I would like to know something about endocrine regulation. I heard it has something to do with the feedback. Is it true?

I am doctor of medicine. I will try to explain in shortly something about the endocrine regulation. Feedback control, both negative and positive, is a fundamental feature of endocrine systems. Each of the major hypothalamic-pituitary-hormone axes is governed by negative feedback, a process that maintains hormone levels within a relatively narrow range.
