enlarged right testicles in infant

i have a four mounth old boy and recently i noticed that right testicle is two time larger that the lelf one. if any one know what this might be, please reaply. Thanks

My son had testicular torsion and it is rare but according to Mayo.com 1 in 10 males have this. He had to have his left testicle removed. It can be saved had the doctor caught it early but the blood flow stopped for more than 24 hours and had to be removed to prevent the other testicle from getting infected.
