I was born with an enlarged sternum. It has caused me lots of problems in the past - most having to do with clothing and underclothing. Is there anything I could do to have it made smaller - I wouldn't mind more of a cleavage. Also I wonder whether it will be a problem as I get older. I am already in my sixtieth year.
