Hi there,

Recently when I'm sexually aroused (i.e when i'm with my gf) i noticed that my testicles become enlarged and rather sore. they then become pretty uncomfortable esp when they are loose and i'm walking becuase they become ultra sensitive. This is the only time my testicles get sore, when i'm with my gf. any other time i don't notice any prob with them.

they only get enlarged and sore when i'm with my gf whom i only see a few times a year, any other sexual stimulation does not get them enlarged enough that they become sore or uncomfortable.

Is this normal? Thanks in advance!
