For the last six months I’ve had a swollen at the top of my testical, known as the epididymitis. Apparently, I then got epididyorchitis due to leaving the problem for a while which is basically inflammation of the testical as well as the epididymitis. The problem I have is the both testicals are now sore, and my right epididymitis is still swollen after antibiotics. I don’t suffer from really bad pain but it’s a niggling pain that doesn’t go away really. Has anyone else had this problem?

I can well understand your discomforts, have similar problem affecting my left testicle. I was worried I had testical cancer but after seeing 3 different doctors who did a physical exam on me that pretty much rules it out. After almost a year of on-off antibiotics one doctor wants to remove the left epididymitis. My other urologist advises against this how ever can not advise what should be done. I will be having it removed soon.
