epididymal cyst or cancer?

Hi. I'm 15, and I've been feeling a dullish pain on my left testicle near the bottom on the back side. There is some bumpy tissue which hurts when touched.

I've done a bit of research, and to me it seems like a epididymal cyst, but I want another opinion on it, and whether it could be cancer related before I run off to the doctor. Cheers in advance.
