I am a 38 year old male. I am not having a good erection where by I could satisfy my better half. This problem has started just last week. I am worried, what is the home remedy? Is there any remedy in ayurvedic medicine.
This may not be somthing you want to hear but you asked. It's because you're getting old. when men are young in their teens and twenties they are more sexual. It's the opposite for women. When men get older they have a hard time staying erect for long periods of time and it takes constant stimulation to keep it up. The only thing i can think of that might help would be some erection medication like viagra. It's ok to get a little help so don't feel embarrassed about it. Just one of the many joys of aging.
If you can find "performax" (I got it at walmart) it REALLY works good-I should know-I am 46 and my girl is 23.I have never tried viagra but my dad was having sex @ 70 w/ it so it must work-besides that I will bet your problem was very temporary and won't be a regular occurence so don't stress it,because worrying about it will just prolong it.
