Hi there! I am 36 years old male and lately I started having problems with erection. Whenever I feel like having sex, and everything leads to that, I get excited and stuff, but I can’t get it up. I have never experienced such problem before, so I am a bit concerned. I talked to my friend about this, and he told me that he heard that vinegar helps in erection. Is there anybody who can tell me how vinegar is used in order to lose this problem. Thx in advance!

Hello! I am sorry I can’t help you with the vinegar story. However, I may help you look a bit deeper into your problem not listening to this “ talk “. There are some factor that can contribute to erectile dysfunction. Most of the problems are caused by organic disorder, a concrete disease hitting some part of the body essential for erection to take place. Most frequently it is the blood vessels or nerves that are hit. Conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, diseases of thyroid gland, prostate gland, nervous system, urinary system not to mention a plethora of nervous and mental diseases are the most likely to caused erectile problems. Also the used of chemical drugs can lead to ED. Because this happens, you should definitely avoid alcohol, marijuana, smoking, anabolic steroids, and maybe even seek medical help. Good luck!!!!
