I have been on estrogen (VIVELLE DOT, 0.05 MG/DAY) since Nov. 05. I'm 64 and generally healthy and fit.
Have now developed " itchy rash" on one arm. Visit to Dermotologists tells me that estrogen and the "sun" is not a good combo...and I should avoid exposure to the sun. I teach Water Arobics...it's difficult to stay out of the sun.
Looking for a solution...is there any way to continue to take estrogen without these itchy breakouts...?
