perhaps someone can shed some good info on this issue. last week in the gym I was doing stomach exercise. i had weight belts tied to my feet to excercise the lower abs while lifting my legs up and down. however, I doctor in the gym who grew up in Russia and into Estern Medicine/Holistic thing told me a strange thing. he told me that he get better results at home. he puts his testicals in a sock, ties a rope around them and hangs a full 2 litre bottle of water on the other end of the rope. he bends his upper body and does small lift with his lower abs concentrating on lifting the bottle as much as he can. he claimed that he gets better concentration on the lower abs and he gets more sexual libido/sexual performance. I checked the internet and found out that such a practice is known in the far east .
what is the danger of such a practice? tear in your lower abs, damage to the testicals,...
is there real benefit for such an excercise or this is another energy- reflection-stone healing russian doctor.?
