excesssive spitting in pregnancy

i am either 9 or 10 weeks pregnant, and i have beeb spitting excessively. My mouth has a bad taste almost all the time.

It is worst after eating , which usually makes me nauseated most times.

My stomach is also bloated, i have taken antacids, but no relief.

what can i do about this spitting as it is irritating my whole system.
