Hi, I am 22 years old male and I am visiting gym for two months. I am just beginner but I have noticed that people who lift weight spend up to half hour to stretch and warm up. I don't know if it is really so much important because I may use that time to do half of my training. I would like to hear some other opinions.

Hi, I would say to you that you are making terrible mistake if you are skipping warm up. It has great importance for your training as it will be much more effective when you are warmed up. Also when you are warmed up there are minimal chances for you to get injured. You need to understand that warming up is equally important part of training as lifting up of weight.
