I am thinking to change my exercise routines. I am doing twice a week for a year. My diet is pretty good and I get plenty of rest. Here is my routine. I would like to know someone else’s to compare. 4 sets of forward shrugs and reverse shrugs, 3 sets of dumbbell shoulder presses, of forward lateral raises, of side lateral raises and of rear laterals.

Ok. here is my current shoulder routine exercises: clean and press 3 working sets x 10 reps db or bb shoulder press 3 working sets x 10 reps, side lateral raises 3-4 working sets x 12 reps, db shrugs 3 working sets 12reps. I don't always do the shrugs. Normally I do a lot of drop sets in that workout so the first three exercises are enough. But once in a while ill throw in the shrugs just for the hell of it.
