Hi there! I am about to have an abdominalplasty done. As I really like going to aerobics and socialize with other women and girls there I wanted to know when I will be able to go training again! Thx

Hello! After an abdominal the patient usually wears an abdominal binder for several weeks in order to insure favorable healing. The thing is that any heavy lifting or exercise should be avoided for about 4 weeks but you will be able to go to work after just 2 weeks. Good luck with the surgery!!!

I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction as well as implants two weeks ago today. I feel worlds better but still am bent over some and tire easily. I want to heal and get back to normal asap. Does anyone have a hint for gentle yet helpful effective excercises?

i had my tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift after significant weight loss, 10 days ago. today was my third day at the gym. i walk, do leg excercises and did the stationary bike, per my doctor's recommendation. i am very active and am used to heavy work outs daily...so i'm eager to get back to my routine. i'm a runner and that, I can't do until week four according to my doctor. i'm doing whatever feels ok. definately get more tired than normal, but feels good.
