Hi, it is believed that since many ADD patients have an addictive or compulsive personality so that they are always hooked on something. This characteristic can be used to get addicted to some useful and positive thing. So, exercise can be just the right solution, for it’s numerous beneficial aspects. Get a plan how you will exercise and try to stick to it regularly, after a while you will become used to it, and it will present a pleasure to enjoy physical activity. Once when you get use to it, you will not be able to imagine missing a training and the opportunity to feel better.
