Hello! I would like to start training, as my work is all about 8 hours at the desk sitting. The thing is that I have no idea where to start from, and how to decide on a routine. Is there anybody who could advise me? Thx!!!!

Hi there! I have only one advice for you and it is not practical, I am sorry for that but I believe that you are the one who needs to decide. One of the first things to consider is what kind of activity you enjoy and are willing to commit to. Some people enjoy sports such as playing basketball or tennis while others prefer the simplicity of streamlined exercise, such as running or cycling. You have to decide what your interests are and choose an activity that appeals to you. If your do something you enjoy for an exercise, you will be more likely to stick with it for an extended period of time.
