I have been fat all of my life and now I want to do something about it. I have tried some diets but nothing really helped me. All the weight that I lose I gain as soon as I stop with the diet. Are there some exercising tips that can help me lose weight smart? Thanks

You are not the only one with the weight problem. Millions of people all around the world are facing your problem. The effects of diet can be very short term if you are not losing the weight smart. Being on diet without exercising does not have good results. Because, as you said, the weight that you lose gets back very soon. It is good that you have asked me for some exercising tips. It shows me that you are ready to get active and to do something about yourself. When I say this, I don't mean just on your look. Being overweight can cause a lot of health problems. Activities like swimming, cycling, jogging, skiing, aerobic dancing, walking and many other can help you lose weight and improve your health. However, I need to advise you to go to your doctor before you choose your activity. He can also help you with your diet, tell you what not to eat. The combination of diet and exercises is the best for losing weight healthy.
